Please flush the aviation ARPA/USENET gateway. It has been a disaster
and half the ARPA community has split already.

Now that the people who don't like three messages an hour have already
split, it almost seems anomalous to request flushing that connection.
So I'm cc'ing the list to hear people's opinions.

However, I will not "maintain" the list if the connection stays.

We receive about 10 messages a day, almost all short. It's small,
informative, and free of garbage. What's the problem?
Please don't sever the gateway.
What does it mean to "maintain" this list? It's not moderated.
