To weld anything ya need electronic power supply .

Im collecting them .
I got a Longevity-inc model 518 , but it blew the
transistors . Stay away from them , they wont
honor the warranty , so i lost my $650 ...
All plasma and welding is D.C. .. torch NEGATIVE .
Alum can be welded "dirty" . Its a metal that does
not need to keep its oxides out . Alum is strong
when its oxides are included in the forging .
Its a pain to push the filler rod under the oxide .
But thats an operators problem .
