Revising the AIPS Cookbook

The AIPS Cookbook is seriously out of date (the last edition predates
general use of MX), and it would be very desirable to update it with
the next AIPS release.

The request for suggestions for its improvement (Cookbook, page 1)
has produced about two comments in 18 months, a state of affairs
which I am sure does not reflect perfection in the existing document !
I envisage the next version having a section on MX, expanded and
updated section on spectral line, and a section on VLBI AIPS. What
else ?
