net.writing.* created

The net.writing.* hierarchy has been created for discussion of writing of
any kind, including advice, critique, discussion of the writing market,
and on-line fiction projects both freeform and structured.

The czars for the hierarchy are myself and Kate Wrightson (ka...@eyrie.org)
and the czar for the net.writing.roleplaying.* subhierarchy is Alistair
Young (ava...@arkane.demon.co.uk). The initial groups are:

net.writing.general Stuff you've written and comments thereon.
net.writing.roleplaying.in-character.announce ments & FAQs. (Moderated)
net.writing.roleplaying.in-character.misc Various settings.
