Job Title: Systems/Business Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 6 Months +

Responsibilities:
This position is needed in order to help us develop at least two versions of
methodologies for gathering business requirements for application development
work. One methodology is needed for complex projects and one is needed to be
used for smaller project and maintenance.
The position will lead the efforts in gathering business requirements for new
work as a result of the conversion of all the CEDS modules from oracle forms
and reports to .net.
The candidate must have extensive experience successfully gathering user
requirements to design and develop solutions, and prepare complex documents
including general and detailed system requirements and design. What is really
needed is a cross between an SA and a BA.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience to successfully gather user requirements to design and develop solutions, and prepare complex documents including general and det.
- Extensive experience developing design documentation, project documentation, and test plans.
- Experience conducting meetings and documenting decisions.
- Experience successfully implementing custom built applications.
- Considerable knowledge of systems analysis, design techniques, database design, and project management concepts.
- Successfully interact in a team environment and effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
