Why was my license released?

I registered on August 28th, but when I checked today, my license was unlocked.
Since the apps I've already deployed don't work, it looks like I didn't register properly in the first place.

The hardware ID hasn't changed.
I re-registered my license today and it seems to be registered,
How do I determine if the app I deployed is properly licensed and not dated?
This is a serious issue.
Since I'm only using visual studio 2022 in the first place, there's no way to tell if the license is unlocked in the middle of the day until I find out that the product I deployed doesn't work.
