How licensing works for .net reactor

I would like to buy .net reactor but first I need to know how is your license system,

- is it perpetual with one year of free updates and after that if I want to continue

receiving updates I need to pay again if not I will use .net reactor forever without

new updates.

- or I need to pay every year?

I've tried contact many times on .net reactor web site but get nothing in response.
