problem with license

hi all
we have purchased a license for the version 1.3 of intellilock and we have worked with it for a time.
and now we have purchased a new version 1.7 without doing renew license because the website dose not contain a renewal link.
when I have tryed to protect the applcation with the new version (after licensing)
I have got an error: a nag screen sasying the applicaiton wont work without a valid license.
can any one help me please because I need the do this.

I have resolved the problem
but I dont know exactly how
I have uninstalled intellilock
and I have deleted some data in user data
and re installed and reactivated.
I have checked after that the sample application to be sure if intellilock works.
and finally I checked it and it works.

I have checked it again and it is not working any more....
maybe there is a problem in the intellilock licnese.
I don't know.because with the same code I have checked in an other pc and it works without any problem but in the other pc I have installed directly 1.7 licensed of intellilock.
