Intellilock license times out?

I'm having a problem with my Intellilock license. I got a popup saying something to the effect of I'm not allowed to upgrade anymore because it's been more than 2 years. That's fine, I don't need to upgrade, but now my Intellilock is in evaluation mode. When I try to activate it again with my license, it pops up thanking me for registering, but afterwards it is still in evaluation mode. Has anyone encountered this? I need to put out a new version of my product but can't because of this issue. Support emails go unanswered of course. I'm getting desperate.

On a side note, if I can't get this issue resolved quickly, are there alternatives to Intellilock out there now? I'm really done with the piss poor support. I can't have another situation like this.
