Hi,

I think that I encountered the same problem today and a colleague
found a solution.

I hope that it will help you.

I fact in the project go to the .NET reactor add-in (tools-> .NET
Reactor)

Then in the new window check the "Enable" and the "Project Output Is
Part Of A Deployment Project" checkBoxes for each project of the main
project except for the Setup Project.

then click on the "ok" button.

It will reload all the project.

Then when you will Regenerate the solution, it will protect
everything.
