Issue @ "Preloading Network Interfaces..."

Hi Daniel,

Great program!

I have encountered an issue on several machines (all laptops) which is
probably worth mentioning though.

When Net Profiles is launched (under a local administrator account),
sometimes the following exception is thrown while "Preloading Network
Interfaces..." is shown in the status bar.

I seem to recall that on one of my old laptops this issue would occur
if Net Profiles was launched when no network lead was plugged in. On
my current HP laptop I have not been able to to successfully launch
Net Profiles due to this problem.

But it's an excellent application when it fires up!
