Hibernation and detection of SSID:s

I have an issue with the detection mechanism of Net Profiles, namely
the fact that it doesn't seem to handle Hibernation very well.
When I close Net Profiles and start it up, it seems to check for
SSID:s in the vicinity, but it never does this when I come back from
having Hibernated my laptop. Is this by design or just something that
hasn't been addressed yet?
