Project description:

Our customer - German leading company in the field of geographic data
processing and networks planning.

The project goal is to develop new modules for the GIS-based software
(i.e.: Automatic site plan clusterization and cable/ducts topology
planning, Schematic views of existing networks, etc).

All these functions are aimed to help network engineer to make quick
evaluation and then perform planning of efficient city cable network
in short terms.

New technologies and tools, challenging tasks and great team - that's

Technology stack:

.NET, C#, WPF, Prism, ESRI ArcGIS, ESRI MapOpjects, Visual Studio Unit
Testing Framework, TestComplete.

The responsibilities of Team Lead at this project are:

communication with customer (requirements, technical issues)
making requirements (under control of PM)
estimation of efforts (under control of PM)
architecture and design of the project,
technical management of the team (including code review)
responsibility for the quality of the project (shared with PM)
Requirements:

Profound knowledge of .Net technologies (C#, ADO.NET, WPF, Windows
Forms, WCF), minimum of 3 year work experience
Profound knowledge of .NET related patterns and tools: Prism, WPF
MVVM, Entity Framework, etc.
Experience in GIS systems design
Knowledge of relational DB, database management system (MS SQL, MySQL
etc.), SQL
Clear understanding and practical implementation of the object
oriented analysis and design, design patterns, corporate system
architecture, knowledge of UML
Understanding the process of commercial software development, program
life-cycle stages, reporting
Knowledge of English: reading and writing technical documentation,
ability to take part in conference calls with customer
Preferred skills:

Knowledge and expertise in other Microsoft programming technologies:
Silverlight, Reporting Services
Knowledge of ASP.NET, JavaScript
Knowledge of XML, UML, software modelling
Personal traits: analytical thinking, responsibility, sociability,
ability to work in team, attention to details
Knowledge of German
