Project description:

The aim of the project is to implement from basement a new generation
of leading workforce management solution at the Dutch market. The new
product must make use of the newest .NET technology stack, Azure cloud
and, being incrementally developed in agile manner, generate new
installations in uncovered market areas, gradually replace the current
solution and finally expand the geographical market of the customer
from Netherlands to Benelux and then to the whole Western Europe. The
winning advantages of the software include excellent quality and
uncompromised usability.

A successful candidate will work close with senior engineers in
Netherlands within one cohesive team and will be responsible for a
full set of software engineering activities. We expect closest
relationship and seamless integration between nearshore team and
customer in-house people, whose motto is that "First of all, software
engineering must be fun, and only like this an excellent product can
be produced".

Technology stack:

Azure, C#, MVC 3, JavaScript, JQuery, KnockOut, CSS, Linq to SQL, MS
SQL

Methodology:

Scrum, Extreme Programming (pair programming, TDD, CI, refactoring,
CCO, etc.), Automated QA

Requirements:

Profound knowledge of .NET technologies (web development), minimum 2
years of work experience
OOAD, design patterns, architectural patterns
Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL
Good client-side (web browser) programming skills (JavaScript, HTML,
CSS)
Understanding of cloud architectures
Scrum experience
Intermediate strong or higher level of English
Special attention to software quality and usability
Preferred skills:

Knowledge of HRM or workforce management domain
Experience with Azure cloud
Experience with MVC3 and (or) LINQ
