Add support of BIRD dynamic routing framework in NeST

Hello Sir,

My team, comprising of

We are working on adding support of BIRD dynamic routing framework in NeST. We went through preexisting issues and there isn't any mention of above topic ,so we would like to create an issue regarding this feature. We have already forked the NeST repo and created new branch here.
Kindly let us know if we are moving in the right direction and guide us accordingly.

Hey Dhruv, thanks for taking up this issue! Yes you can create a new issue for BIRD routing protocol for NeST, and you can leave comments on that issue for clarifying doubts or presenting ideas/approaches.

Also, do not fork from the GitHub NeST repo, since it's only a read-only mirror of the GitLab repo. Please create a fork of the GitLab repo instead.
