API not returning data

I was wondering if there is currently a problem with the NeSS API.

I'm using the following URL, which was working but now isn't:
http://neighbourhood.statistics.gov.uk/NDE2/Deli/getChildAreaTables?ParentAreaId=276716&LevelTypeId=141&Variables=4482,4485,4488,4491,4493&OutputFormat=LGDX&OutputVersion=null&GroupByDataset=no

The output from the request is:

Translet class loaded, but unable to create translet instance.
</message>
</Error>

Any ideas what might be happening?
