I  hope that you all are having nice summer time in Norway or summer holidays outside Norway.

With a great pleasure, I would like to inform you that NRNA Norway is going to publish its first issue of bulletin with a unique name NAMASTE ARCTIC . Our senior advisor, Hem Gurung dai has been appointed as the chief editor of this newsletter, and below you will find a mail from him with other  practical informtaion including the deadlines. Please send him your articles with the given deadline i.e. 15th August.  I would also like to requet you to forward this information to others in your local network . We will soon upload this information at our website.

> 2. All articles (Samagri) by various contributors should be sent to the the editorial group LATEST by 15th of AUGUST - DEAD LINE.

> 3. Send your article (Samagri) either in paper or in Word format .doc or .docx - NOT in PDF format. Those sending by emails please use the email address hi...@online.no and those who do not have computer facility/access and want to send in paper please post it to the postal address. Handwritten articles are welcome. We shall fix it..

> 4. Relvant articles (samagriharu): Any subject you wish to write about, but NOT longer than maximum two pages, preferably less, childrens artcles like painting, poems, essays, nepali tukkaharu, songs, articles realted to your daily life in Norway and many more. Photoes are welcome to be used as well. Please feel free to contact Hem Gurung on email hi...@online.no in case you have special articles you want to write about but is on doubt.

> 5. Languages: You can use three different languages: Nepali, English and Norwegians.

> 6. Please mind that the editorial group will go through the collected samagri before its is finalised for printing.

> 7. It is the intention of NRN Norway to publish at least two editions of bulletin on paper version and then move gradually to the email distribution nets. This decision is connected to minimise the cost. However, this decision will be taken later after a tiny evaluation of the two edtions from the readers.
