1. Go To https://selfregistration.cowin.gov.in/

2. Keep Aadhaar Cards of your family members (60+) ready
3. Add their names and Aadhaar Details
4. Schedule an Appointment

Please ensure all 60+ folks register yourself for COVID Vaccine
