My Dear Residents,

How is that one Vel Murgan aged around 35 years who came from Salem as a Lorry Cleaner has the audacity and guts to bring human and chemical waste from MNCs and Apartments in outskirts of Bangalore and disposes in our locality and challenges the entire layout residents and raised hand against the resident for objection.  And how the Police remain a silent spectator.  It is of concern to note that Mr. Vel Murugan visits the Banaswadi Police Station every alternate day and had a long chat with the Inspector.  Mr. Vel Murugan is planning to contest for Corporator's election.

One will wonder how a boy who came to Bangalore as cleaner now has huge house and property and will be interesting to know; who his tenant in his house; is and who uses his Innova Fortuner to visit their native place.  

All the above at who's cost?  we need to ponder and become pro-active for our sake and for the sake of the future generation.

It is really  disgraceful that wrong doers always get away because of there money ,power and accessibility to the politicians.
There should be a people's movement to stop these kind of people and their activities.
They become  strong and target one person who takes on.
I feel at least now people should come out on streets and protest on these atrocities.

Thank you for informing of the meeting in which ACP Mr. Badrinath would be participating.  

As I would be in Bellary on 2.5.2015 attending a Study Class on Disability Issue, I regret my inability to attend the meeting; I have asked my brother Anand Rajan (M: 9886420984) will bring a Dossier of Mr. Vel Murugan who bring human waste/industrial waste/chemical waste from factories/apartments from outskirts of Bangalore in Oil Tankers and disposes in the open drain besides Banaswadi Fire Station and also into the open land besides Banaswadi Fire Station (from 9th Main Road side); this he is to my knowledge and Police record is doing since January 2011 on every week-ends; Petty case has also been registered by Banaswadi Police Station against Mr.Vel Murugan.

Further, on 14.4.2015 (Dr.Ambedkar Jayanthi) around 11.00 a.m., I caught him red-handed and informed Banaswadi Police Station and Mr.Bhajranji was deputed to attend and is a witness to Mr. Vel Murugan's Tanker still having human waste etc. in the Tanker and also snatching my mobile and deleting photos and also attempting to beat me infront Police.  My demand to seize the Tanker which is an evidence was deliberately not done to protect Mr.Vel Murugan by the Police Inspector Mr.B.S.Mohan Kumar who does not have any understanding of his duty/responsibility/functions.  And so far a case a not been booked nor any inquiry done by the Banaswadi Police.  It remains a question why the mobile phone of Police Inspector has Mr. Vel Murugan's number stored? and why Mr.Vel Murugan visits Banaswadi Police Station every alternated day? 

I request you all to kind raise the issue with the ACP and others and take forward this issue of human waste being let out in open drain and field near Banaswadi Fire Station and to ensure to this is stopped for ever.
