I just bumped the Elixir version that Nerves uses to v0.13.0. This had
the effect of breaking all of my Elixir projects since the mix default
is to require v0.12.x versions. I'm sure that Elixir veterans are used
to this, but if you're new to Elixir like me, it was a surprise.
