Nerves discussion now on Slack

Given the lack of activity on this mailing list, some of you may have
forgotten that you're even on it or even that the Nerves embedded
Erlang project still exists. :)

There's actually been a flurry of recent activity on the #nerves
channel at elixir-lang.slack.com. If you'd like to join us, first sign
up for the elixir-lang Slack by going to
https://elixir-slackin.herokuapp.com/. Once you get the invite, click
on it and sign up at http://elixir-lang.slack.com. Look for the
#nerves channel.

I have no plans to turn off the mailing list, but it will probably
continue to be *very* low volume.
