nerfed buttons make game unplayably laggy and stuttery

within short time, say an hour after running the game becomes really laggy and i know its because of nb, cause when i turn the addon off the lag dissapears.

what causes the lag? the addon itself? some function usage? 

how to reduce it without turning addon off
