Is there actually a "condition" for being disarmed?
Or is it just a matter of.... if a person is already disarmed and you have them targeted, your Disarm skill will not "light up"?
Also, if you disarm somebody, I assume they're immune to being disarmed for a while? Is there a condition for that?

look at "condition check" Immume.
