Use nerfchat to notify zone locks

It would be great if we could be able to set nc as follows:

/nc add +inner +destroyed|#r locks in 2 mins|g
+: must in search (looks in rvr channel)
#r: region name
|g: chat channel (g: guild, a:alliance etc.)

not possible, there is no internal command in the game that notifies chat on a keep / zone lock. ad nerfed buttons doesnt look for text in chat it uses spellname/ids.
