The GCD is 1.4sec, so the fastest you can possibly fire abilities is
1.4sec apart. WE not only have weapons with a faster attack speed
than that (which only applies to auto-attacks), but have 2 of them.
Also, every ability- or auto-attack has a chance to proc an off-hand
attack. It would be perfectly normal to see an ability hit, then the
off-hand proc followed closely by an auto-attack and an off-hand proc
for that. If your weapons are fast enough, which WE weapons easily
can be, you could see a second auto-attack and an off-hand proc for
*that* as well before the next ability fires. Since off-hand and auto-
attacks are exactly the same in your log, 2 auto and 3 off-hand would
look like 5 auto between abilies firing.
As for your chain, I see a few issues and some oddities.
I don't think con:heal works the way you seem to be wanting it to. As
far as I know, it would only trigger if they currently have a buff or
debuff that has the "heal" tag, which isn't a very reliable check.
Since Black Lotus has a fairly short timer and is a high-damage
attack, I don't bother with checks and just have it fire whenever it
comes off CD.
I notice you have Throat Slitter using an Effect check so it shouldn't
fire when they're stunned by Heart Seeker. A good idea is to put
similar checks on all 3 abilities that give the Unstoppable buff
(Heart Seeker, Throat Slitter and Sever Limb) to check against each
other, each one checking for BOTH of the other two. Maybe slowing
down a little on your key spamming would also be a good idea. I'm not
sure why you have the AE check on Throat Slitter. It may not do any
damage from behind, but it's still a silence, and you don't always
have the luxury of getting behind a target. I'd also add an
Archetype:Weapon User check to Sever Limb so you won't use it on pure
casters, where it doesn't do much good.
Remember that the basis of NB is PRIORITIZING, so you don't need
something like the entire first Agonizing with all the checks to keep
it from queueing until other items later in the chain are applied. If
you simply delete that entire entry, it'll have the same effect. The
same with the second Black Lotus, which is a redundant copy of the
first. The second one will never be used, EVER, because the first
would be used before NB ever cycled to the second (and remember the
Con check).
The Heart Render Toxin is very odd because of the very long VCD. Are
you perhaps running Frenzied Mayhem and don't want to burn your Blood
Lust? Whatever the case, if you don't want to use it regularly, you
might want to consider just moving it to it's own button.
Lastly, you have your Kiss using very odd checks. You use a Stack
check to look for an effect on the ENEMY when I don't believe KoB
leaves an effect on the enemy. Then you use an Effect check to look
for the buff on yourself, when the Stack check would generally be the
one used when checking for the same ability. I'd make it more like:
//enfeebling strike
//sever blessing ;con:bless:+:e
//black lotus
//feinted positioning;ae:9427:-
//sever limb;con:unst:-:e;st:1::e;e:9427:1:s:-:e;e:9409:1:s:-:e;a:wu:

//heart seeker;con:unst:-:e;st:1::e;e:9400:1:s:-:e;e:9409:1:s:-:e
//throat Slitter;con:unst:-:e;st:1::e;a:cast:+:e;e:9427:1:s:-:e;e:

//heart render toxin:cm:5:+;st:1::e **(or remove completely)**
//kiss of betrayal;st:1:s:p:5;
//wracking pain;st:1:s:e:3
//agonising wound
I'm not sure of your spec, but you may want to consider adding Slice
on the end, then using an AE check on Agonizing so it only queues when
it will pierce thier armor, since Slice may be better damage from the
front than Agonizing. Check your tooltips and see if it is, and if
it's by enough to be worth the 5AP difference to you.
