toggledisabled disables aoe spells

Hi NerfedWar,

I started to use toggledisabled to save some ap by spamming the last ability. Its also works perfect on potion chains since you dont drink the last potion. However I noticed that toggledisabled also disable Rain of Fire as well when no enemy is targetted. Is is possible to disable all then enable some hotbars? If not can you add it to 3.4?
