nerfed buttons sometimes stops working on some buttons

I have been having trouble with nerfed buttons sometimes it will not change the ability that is in a button but will instead stay stuck on one. I have not been able to find a pattern to this but have found that reloading the ui, sometimes more than once, fixes the issue. Also when one buttons is not working the others seem fine, I only use nerfed buttons on 3 buttons right now. 1, 11 and 12 outlined them below. if anyone has a suggestion as to how to make this more reliable id appreciate it as this makes playing my boring utility class more fun and therfore more effective.

button number one is shatter confidence(shaman only), taunt (support archtype,healing), vicous slash(support archtype,healing), shatter confidence (support archtype), crippling blow (as long as effect is missing), shield rush ( no conditions ), shatter confidence ( no conditions ), shinning blade ( no conditions )

--this button usually gets stuck on crippling blow and just stays greyed out untill its ready to be used. number 1 is also my twister key only in rvr if that matters.

button 11 is shield rush, perseverance, shield of the sun, challenge with no conditions just a pve farming button. also set this to twister when im farming. this button always seems to be stuck on perseverance when it stops working.

and button 12 is just 2 health potions no conditions.  this is the only button of the 3 that never is set to twister and it occasionally gets stuck on one pot or the other but i dont take pots as often so i just might not notice it as fast when it happens to stop working. Ive also only had the add on for about 3 weeks so im not sure if this is a long time problem or something new, googled it with no luck.

if you are still having problems could you do a /nb edit for each of yur sequences and post the results here. Want to make sure I get exactly the same setup as you.
