Vicious slash to use against building channeling abilities

So is there a check that can make viscous slash only pop when enemy is using channeling or building an ability?

Okay so I just found out you can see channeling abilities like the
shamans laser beam.
So I thought if I could get it's ability ID, and put it in the effect
check, I can get taunt to
Go off when it's up?
