Registration for NBP8

Gang,

So far, we've got three registrations for NBP8. We need twelve by the
end of the month, to make everything work.

If you're planning on but don't have the money yet, please let me
know. I can only count people who have actually paid, but if you know
you're going to and just waiting on funds please say so. (If you're a
maybe, I'm not going to count you.) I should note that it's pretty
unlikely I'm coming this time, due to day job scheduling.
