The really important bit: Please send me your priorities for games in each time slot by 11:59PM on Saturday, April 10th. I'm going to start putting people into time slots on Sunday, April 11th, and if your priorities aren't in, you'll get put wherever there happens to be space left. (Now, given our lineup, that's hardly a fate worth than death, but it might still be less than ideal)

Here is the Official Listing of Scheduled Games for NBPVI:

Friday evening:
Sorcerer - Jesse
Paranoia - David
Dresden Files - Ryan
Montsegur 1244 - Will

Saturday afternoon:
Spirit of the Century - Vernon
Fiasco - Jesse
Polaris - Nancy
Diaspora - Ted
1001 Nights - John

Saturday Night:
Parlor Larp - Albert
Dark Heresy - Joel
Mouse Guard - Matt

(Saturday night may look empty, but the parlor larp can soak 8 players, and Matt can take a double patrol for Mouse Guard, which I'm curious to see)

So, now I need each of you to send me your priorities for each time slot. Feel free to rank every game in the slot. Hopefully it won't come to it, but only ranking 1 game in the slot will be interpreted as "if I'm not in this game, just put me wherever there is space".

Please do not make special requests like "I REALLY want to play game x". I'm going to try my best to satisfy everyone, but as more people make special requests, the chances that my task becomes impossible approaches 1.

My goals for the actual assignment process are:
1) Get as many people as many high-priority spots as possible.
2) Give each game at least as many players as it needs
3) Divide the lower-priority assignments around as fairly as possible.

Um, after dinner? Depending on how on-the-ball we are, that tend to vary from 7 to 8pm.

Also, I would like to add that I will almost certainly be running a pickup game of Maid RPG one of the mornings.

Oh, and if you wanted to make my life easier, format your priorities like this:

Friday evening:
1 - Sorcerer - Jesse
2 - Paranoia - David
3 - Dresden Files - Ryan
4 - Montsegur 1244 - Will

Saturday afternoon:
4 - Spirit of the Century - Vernon
5 - Fiasco - Jesse
1 - Polaris - Nancy
2 - Diaspora - Ted
3 - 1001 Nights - John

Saturday Night:
3 - Parlor Larp - Albert
1 - Dark Heresy - Joel
2 - Mouse Guard - Matt

If you've already sent me priorities, don't worry about it, but I noticed that everyone was formatting them slightly differently, so just thought I'd try to head off a but of future headache. :)

Albert,

Quick clarification: Are these ratings highest to lowest or vice
versa. Laura and I interpreted the meanings differently. She thought
of them as ratings as in "5" is rated higher than "1". I interpreted
them as priorities, "1" being first priority over "2".

You have both our submissions already so you can adjust ours
accordingly but it might be worth clarifying int public to avoid
others confusion.

Addendum the second:

Lower numbers mean higher priority. "1st priority" "2nd priority" etc.

Apparently Justin isn't on the mailing list, so I have taken the liberty of forwarding him the schedule.
