Group vs. Nerdapaluzin forums

Matt (et all), not to hijack your google group here, but I wanted to
explain a little more about my forums idea for Nerdapaluzin.com. I
figured this group would be more community and planning based, but the
forums would be more ads-based... kinda like craigslist? If I wanted
to start a topic for the I-95 road trip (which I am seriously
planning, no shit), or if someone needed a room to crash for the
weekend.

I don't want to compete, I just though there would be different
purposes for the group vs the site. Am I wrong? What can we do to make
it all work?

definaltely sounds like something that we could use, i forget what we
used the first year... was something small... didnt work the
greatest... but it did its job... oh man i fi could only remember...
anyone remember? but either way, i think they could definately work
togother, and not hinder the other, except perhaps by making it more
difficult for someone to catch up on two forums/groups at a time...
