Many thanks for the heads-up about the photos. I've also tried a ton of things to get into the photos with no results other than it is a server issue, and the owner or manager has to fix it.

I would imagine he is. There is a post from April 7th this year saying he moved it to a new server and how he is planning on spending some more time updating the site this year so it seems like he is active, however strange it the issues have  been going on so long now so who knows.
