Happy New Year everyone!

I came across this ex-CR Caboose # 20065 in East Boston today. Does anybody know the heritage or history behind this caboose? It has the number E-691 at one end of the caboose.

I know Breman Street park was an old rail yard used by the B&A and later NYC as well as the B&M.
