I am having some seat retaining clips made for my Neracar seats as most of them are around 100 years old and liable to break when least expected. If anyone is interested in buying some spares I can add them to my order.
I don't know the price yet but they won't be expensive.
They would be at cost plus postage.

These are the spring clips at the rear of the saddle that press home on the steel rod to keep the seat in place.
I've had one break that was on a 1923 B so it makes the seat rather wobbly.

Hi Dave,

I've had a look at my Model A and Ben's site for his similar bike and can't work out what you're referring to as seat retaining clips. All I can think of is the split pin on the front bolt/rod. Sounds important if they're liable to break and you're having some made?

Thanks,

Martin
