Not much to talk about yet -- Jacob and the other volunteers are still
finalizing the route and control information. In the next few weeks
there are plans to open up signups for the event, likely starting with
a deposit to secure a spot. We'll post a message here when that opens
up.

In the meantime, feel free to ask questions, see if other people want
to share lodging or logistics in getting to the area, etc.

Will it be required that the series, 100-600, be ridden before being allowed to ride the 1200?

A 600k in 2025 or 2026 will be the "standard" way to qualify -- we're not requiring a full series.  We'll also potentially accept experienced randonneurs without that; talk to us if getting a 600k in is an issue.

Would that be a 600k brevet? I've done a 600k perm and have plans to do some SR600s, but don't have a traditional brevet longer than 300k.

600k permanents, including SR600s, will be accepted.   We want people who know what they're getting into with a randonneuring ride, and who have a good chance of success, but also don't want people to have to schedule their whole year around qualifiers.

How about one 20-100km route that is designed to be a night loop?   People could ride it not unlike the professional racers use trainers outside of their team busses.

No -- we want people to have experience with multi-day unsupported randonneur-style riding.  (If you're an experienced randonneur for whom a 600k+ in 2025/2026 is a logistical challenge, that's what the "contact us directly" option is for.)
