Manipulation of the market

NEPSE has always been a place where an investor occupying bulk of
share has control over the whole market and he/she tries to manipulate
the market and ultimate sufferer is the general public like us, who
hardly manage money to buy shares. This unethical behavior of these
people has led us suffer in many ways. So, what do u think of it? It
is good and legal to do so? What so be done in order to prevent this
activity?

Dear friends,

thanks a lot 2 invite me in Nepse discussion Forum.
I like 2 join it and i like 2 share knowledge.
But, how it may be possible?
Sure, each investor's intension is to gain benefit same as government.
Government doesn't care whether investors are gaining or not, but govt
needs 15% gain tax.
May be 25% in this coming fiscle year.
Therefore, really share market is wide and vast. Each one tries to
manupulate to earn benefit.
Therefore, my request for all investors is becarefull to invest in
companies. Collect a lot of information about the company before
buying the shares and then decide yourself.
