Some additions to the Nepean weekend of Triathlon being held on 28-29
November:

-> Enter before 30 October for two chances to win a night at Chifley
Hotel:
Earlybird entries before 30 October will be eligible for a chance to
win a night at the Chifley Hotel, Penrith Panthers on the race
weekend.

-> Girls verses Guys race format for Nepean Triathlon continues:
The race will again feature the guys vs the gals with the women
starting ahead of the male wave by the difference between the
leading male and female averaged over the previous five years. This
concept has proved most exciting over the years and last year Chilean
Olympian Barbara Riveros, stayed ahead of the leading male, Ireland's
Bryan Keane during the 10km run leg to take the overall Nepean title
and the bonus prizemoney.

-> Great quality finishers t-shirts for Nepean finishers
We are pleased to announce that the popular Cooldry t-shirts to Nepean
Triathlon finishers is being continued for 2009. This year we are
pleased to announce that we are going back to the popular 2007 brand.
A maximum of 600 shirts will be available with the first 600 entrants
being eligible.

-> Great quality finishers t-shirts for Enticer entrants
The popular decision last year to include a finisher's t-shirt for
each Enticer finisher will continue this year as a great memento for
all finishers.

-> Penrith Swim club events added to the schedule
This year on the Saturday afternoon on the race weekend we have
included a 500m and a 1km swim event before the Enticer races. The
swims will be organised by the Penrith Swimming Club and entry details
