Nepean High School School Council
School Council Meeting – Tuesday November 20, 7 pm – 8:30 pm
The Nepean School Council will meet tomorrow in the library; all parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Updates from Council members as well as the school administration will be provided. Following the Principal’s report, Mr. McCarthy will be available, as always, to respond to any questions or concerns from parents regarding school operations and programs.

Thanks so much to everyone who assisted with and participated in last week’s fundraising event. Thousands of dollars were raised to support student success at Nepean; a full tally as well as an update on how the funds will be allocated will be provided in the coming months. Sincere thanks to Colleen Westeinde, Jackie Barwin and the rest of the organizing committee for a fabulous evening.

Upcoming Parent Night - Thursday, December 6th,
2012 from 7-9pm
The
topic for this monthly meeting is: The importance of telling the truth - why
kids need to know about their LD and ADHD/ADD. The meeting will
take place at the McNabb Community Centre, 160 Percy St. near the corner of
Bronson and Gladstone.
