I wanted to advise you all of another change to our schedule as a result of the ongoing labour dispute. Our music teachers will not be available to supervise an evening event as we had planned for the Winter Concert. They remain committed to holding the concert this December and so we have decided on a new date & time, Friday December 14th from 1-3 p.m.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this change will cause for families attending the event. We are looking forward to a great concert and our kids are excited they will be able to perform, play and sing as they do so very well! We met with Band/Vocal students today and informed them the full concert will go ahead. We shared the reasons for the change and asked them to inform their parents ASAP. Each student was given a letter to share with their parents, but we know that sometimes not every letter makes it home. A copy of the letter is included with this email.
