Please, have a look at the following forwarded mail. I would like to thank Fatik Jee and Tunga Jee for timely preparation of this concept note so that I was able to submit to Bimal jee before forgetting our meeting on 7th April 2010.
Please, see the copy of the concept note. You can still give your inputs in this concept note because we will have rooms for improvement later on.
I hope, we will be able to submit other concept notes as well within the month of April of during the first week of May.

We had a good meeting on 7th. I would like to thank you and your team members for giving us so much time.
We are very pleased to note that you have kindly considered NEPAN as one of the Strategic Partners. Just an idea is - Can we make a generic MoU and sign in this regard? If you agree, we can proceed and exchange the drafts !
Regarding the other possibilities of working together, we are already in the process of making some concept notes or mini-proposals. When we come up with some write ups, it will go in the process and take a final shape at the end of the day !
At the same time, we are also waiting to receive a small meeting note from you as you had told us at the end of the meeting.

Sorry for the delayed response to you – I have been in and out from KTM [within Nepal] several times in the last month, so could not manage to meet you.
Yes, I am also keen to meet with the NEPAN colleagues and share some of my ideas about how NEPAN can be more relevant in the ongoing ‘development and democracy’ debates in the country.
I am also planning to include two of my colleagues in the meeting: Khemraj Upadhyaya – Head of Programme and Rajesh Hamal – Team Leader of the Policy Team.
I will get back to you sometime early next week with specific date and time for our meeting – hopefully we can meet next week – let me know if you are not in KTM in any case.
