As we talked in the meeting, we are very keen to meet you. As you suggested, we will come in a team (4/5 people) from NEPAN Executive Committee (EC).
We have EC meeting on 14th Feb 2010. I think, we will talk in this meeting and decide who will participate in the official meeting with you. So I would like to request you to give us a day and time after 15th of February 2010. If you offer us to meet you on one of the weekend days, it will be a great !
