Proposal for 'water governance' to ICIMOD - for your inputs

As I mentioned you earlier, Fatik jee has prepared a proposal for ‘water governance’ in Lamtang valley – a case study proposal. Please, find it in our google platform as “proposal on water governance to ICIMOD”.

 

This proposal has been developed on ‘demand based’ in the given format. Fatik jee developed it and I improved it shortly. Deadline of submitting this proposal is 26 October 2009.

 

Therefore, I would like to request you to give your inputs to make our proposal more strong and professional. Please, give your suggestions directly to Fatik jee and cc to me.

Dear Naniram ji and colleagues

I went through the proposal and found quite interesting, well written and with adequate focus on the study purpose.

 

I have suggested some changes (track change) as matter of personal preference of language/style. If you all think it has strengthened the proposal please use it.

 

I know there were couple of studies published internationally on management of "commons" in Nepal i.e Chhatis Mauja, Kharka etc. Little literature search would be useful.

Thank you so much for your inputs. I incorporated all of the suggested words and phrases that you have done in track change mode. Very good suggestions !! Many eyes are always better than one or two !

 

Now, let us say this proposal is in version two. Please, find the corrected file in the attachment. We have still some time, let us wait for the inputs from the other EC members !
