I am back from Canada last week and slowly starting office works from this week. I have already a wonderful meeting with Mr Dave Mather from Help Age International, Regional Office.
As Fatik Jee and myself talked about our meeting yesterday, we made our best efforts to get your suggestion about the date. Mr Tulashi Sapkota might have called you yesterday in this regard. As Tulsi jee said that 27 December (Sunday) is ok for many of you, we have decided to formally call the meeting on that day. So, our meeting date and time will be as following:
Meeting date: 27 December 2009 (12 Paush 2066)
Time: 11:00am
Venue: NEPAN Office
Agendas:
Regarding the agenda of the meeting, I have the following things in my mind:
1) Review of last meeting minute – what happened and what did not happened and why – I lead the review
2) Re-negotiation with house owner and the new house rent – Fatik jee will report
3) Case study in Lamtang (Rasuwa district) under ICIMOD funding – responsibility, quality, and contract extension of Tunga Rai,
4) Reports from sub-committees (all Sub-committee Coordinators should report)
5) Situation Analysis study – Help Age International – Fatik jee will report
6) Proposal to Help Age International – about the workshop with Dave last month – I will report
7) Others …… ….. …..
If any of you have any agenda to discuss in this meeting, let us collect and compile. I hope, Fatik Jee will collect from all of you and make a final agenda for the meeting and circulate before the meeting.
If you have anything in mind, let us have communication before the meeting (one to one communication, one to group communication, whatever you like), please, let us discuss by email. It helps a lot to make the meeting short.
