The group consist of highly professional PHP consultant.

You always keep the following requirement as mandatory

1. A consultant should adhere MVC or Component based Web Framework.
For instance, There are few frameworks leverage the development speed
and improve
the code quality.

I recommend following MVC based Frameworks -- a) Zend Framework
b) CakePHP d) CodeIgniter c) Symphony

2. Use of W3C XHTML or HTML and CSS standards along with the loosely
coupled modular open source JavaScript toolkit like JQuery, Dojo etc..
are extremely important to maintain
the industry standard and meet the future challenges.

To keep up with the new developments, It is imperative that we aren't
wasting time maintaining designs that have poor architecture or code
that was poorly written.
