Just wanted to share this pic which was featured( is a WLM PIC) in Grants and Evaluation 100 words campaign here it says:

Reasoning: Birds are a great example of individuals who unite for the benefit of the whole group so that together, they can have a successful migration and easier flight. Scientists estimate that the whole flock “can fly about 70% farther than they could individually without exerting any extra energy...because flying together helps reduce wind resistance, while also providing additional lift.”
