Hi Avash jee and team,

Good to know about your idea. Yes, definitely we can have collaboration while organizing programs. 

3rd June is the 11th Anniversary of Nepali Wikipedia. We were thinking to have the editathon, hakathon and the formal anniversary program together on that very day.

As you've determined the date for 1st June and not possible to shift the program to June 3rd, we can have some program on 1st June. But I have to discuss with the community.

We can have the hakathon and editathon part on 1st June because doing hakathons every other day doesnot sound good.

For now, I am sharing this email to our community.

Hope to reach to a conclusion soon.

As we know both date has its own importance and value. So in my view, one possibility is organize one event(editathon competition) in june 1st and award them in 3rd June.
