Hello friends and family

As you may of already heard, the tragic and devastating natural disaster hit Nepal. 

On April 25, 2015 a massive 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal. There is widespread shock and devastation across the country. The death toll has sharply risen to an estimated 1,400 in less than 12 hours and it continues to rise. Search and rescue efforts are currently underway. At this time the Himalayan country of Nepal needs all the assistance it can get. 

Nepal needs humanitarian assistance. There is an immediate need on the ground for medical support, search and rescue, emergency shelters and food and water among many other things. 

It is a sad moment to see such destruction, from homes to Nepal's ancient temples to iconic monuments. Nepal will heal. For that the country will need assistance in the rebuilding of all its infrastructural damages.
