is the key issue now. If the leaders do not insert this provision, I am
going to say they have betrayed the spirit of the April Revolution.

Managing
arms is not entirely enough. If you don't also manage money - by making
transparency mandatory - the elections are not going to be free and
fair in the truest sense of the word.
