Congratulations to Ms. Alexandra McArthur, who on Saturday, won the
title of Ms. Wheelchair America. After a week of pageantry, 28
contestants, competed for the crown.
Among the final 28, was NEPACIL's 20th Anniversary of the ADA, guest
speaker Ms. Wheelchair PA 2010, Kristin Durniok. Way to go Kristin!
