Hello all,
I’ve messed with different input cal levels on the series 1 overtime but it can be tricky finding a sweet spot within a daw > neotek > feeding tape (Ampex 440) gain staging. Tape which is of course calibrated to 1.23v.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips or thoughts on optimizing calibration on the ser.1.. Even if independent from a tape machine and just capturing back to daw etc.
